The location was great as it was tucked back so noise was minimal. We left with just grabbing coffee and a muffin but the breakfast looked great for those who took more time. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

I loved the shower pressure. Great control over the temperature and the water pressure and the shower head was amazing.Trust me that makes a huge difference. The pillows and the bed are super comfortable as well. Super quiet and perfect on a Tuesday night. Just what we needed.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee wasn't good at all, not much taste and it was lukewarm. Expected more for the price we paid. Location was excellent! We visited Kartchner Caverns, Sierra Vista, so close from the hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant recommendations were great!

Check in and check out were efficient and staff were helpful. The breakfast offerings were varied and good (glad to see granola and not just Fruit Loops). Beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. About 15 minutes from Kartchner Caverns.

The location is very convenient to the exit from I-10, yet far enough from the freeway that the setting is fairly quiet. Rooms are accessed via interior hallways, and luggage carts are provided. There is an elevator as well as stairs to the upper floors. In addition to the parking lot in front, there is a parking area behind the building that is well-lit and convenient to the rear exit/entrance. The room and bathroom were very clean and everything was in working order.

This is an exception facility. Everything you could ask for in a hotel. We have stayed here several times in our travels from the San Diego area to Dallas and return. Five stars for sure.

After a week on the road staying mostly at Marriotts, we stopped for the night in Benson. We picked this hotel due to the wonderful reviews, great price and convenience to highway. We were SO impressed with EVERYTHING about this hotel! 100x better than the Marriotts we had been staying in in California & Phoenix. From our check-in to check-out, we were not once disappointed. It was incredibly CLEAN, QUIET & RESTFUL. We would definitely make a point to stop here again!

Fresh, hot scrambled eggs, sausage were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the sheets were high quality and smooth.

The location was great - only 15 minutes from Kartchner Caverns. Close to the highway for access to road for Tombstone. All employees were very friendly and helpful.

We were greeted by Debra at check-in and she was very friendly and helpful about restaurants in the area. Breakfast was very good. April had the dining area very clean and well kept. All food areas were very clean. As people left their table, she was right there to wipe it down and it was very reassuring.
